South Suburban Savings covers a lot of different ways to get stuff for FREE (such as requesting samples & playing winnable sweepstakes), but this blog has a special emphasis on couponing. Hopefully this guide clears up any questions you may have about coupons, reward programs, or my abbreviations! :)
Tips, Tricks & Other Suggestions
- Set up a separate email for coupons/samples/freebies/etc so you don't flood your personal email with spam
- I have a whole section on this blog dedicated to printable coupons. I also have a coupon gallery where you can print your coupons directly from this site! However, I realize that not everyone has a printer, and sometimes you can experience technical difficulties (or just run out of ink). That's why I have another section set up for printable coupons that you can request by mail!
- When you go shopping, ditch the plastic bags for reuseable bags. They're often stronger and bigger...and they're environmentally friendly! Plus, many stores offer to take a few cents off your total for each bag you bring in!
